Enforcement
Enforcement of the compliance with the provisions of the Act on chemical substances and their mixtures and the provisions of the regulations referred to REACH and CLP is delivered by the State Sanitary Inspection, the State Sanitary Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration and the Military Sanitary Inspection, within the scope of their competence, and also other entities listed in art. 29 of the Act.
Failure to comply can result in sanctions of the Criminal Code or the Petty Offences Procedure Code in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Act.
